Bluebird Paints is one of Pakistan’s established names in the paints industry, with a heritage dating back decades. Known for its wide product range, industrial reliability, and retail presence, Bluebird had built a strong market footprint. Yet in a cluttered and competitive market, visibility was no longer guaranteed.

Recognizing the importance of modern branding and digital-first experiences, Bluebird sought to reimagine how it connected with customers. The company wanted to communicate not only product variety but also innovation, accessibility, and design-driven experiences for a new generation of consumers.

A legacy brand needed a fresh, accessible platform to match its evolving users.

We blended heritage with innovation—making paint fun, intuitive, and expansive online.

We studied customer pain points, industry benchmarks, and Bluebird’s legacy to chart a unified vision. It became clear that the digital experience had to combine functionality with the excitement of discovering color.

The synthesis was simple yet powerful—create a website where customers could not only find products but also imagine possibilities. Tools like the Paint Calculator, clear product categorization, and interactive content became the cornerstones.

Ideation

From calculators to categories, we reimagined every click as a stroke of creativity.

Our brainstorming focused on bridging practicality and creativity. We asked: how can choosing paint online be as engaging as visiting a store? The answer lay in visuals, guidance, and interactivity.

This led to ideas like simplified navigation, smart search filters, and detailed product pages. We also designed community-driven features and educational sections—turning the website into a knowledge hub as much as a storefront.

Experimentation

Tested tools, layouts, and flows to make the journey as smooth as a perfect coat of paint.

The final website brought Bluebird Paints to life digitally. Customers can explore decorative and textured paints, art supplies, and special finishes with ease, while the Paint Calculator answers a key question—how much paint do I need?

With seamless navigation, rich visuals, and easy access to distributors, the platform embodies Bluebird’s philosophy: paint should be fun, accessible, and expansive. The new site is both a practical tool and a source of inspiration.

The final solution was a complete communication revamp. We delivered a redesigned website offering seamless user experiences, new catalogues and corporate profiles that reflected consistency, and product photography that elevated presentation.
